Joined Monday.com as an R&D Tech Lead on the Reporting & Widgets team. Tackling widget governance, scaling reporting infrastructure, and performance — while bringing AI into the product where it adds real value.

Recognised as a Lens champion, advocating for Kubernetes and cloud-native best practices. This role involves mentoring others, contributing to the open-source ecosystem and shaping the future of the Lens project.

Relocated to Wrocław, Poland — a new chapter for the family.

Joined Honeycomb Software as the first employee of what became the Data & AI department. Built the team from scratch — set up hiring, development, and performance processes and grew it to twelve engineers. As Head of Data & AI, led the cross-functional group of ML, software, and DevOps engineers to design and deploy end-to-end data products and AI solutions, including vectorisation pipelines and multi-agent RAG systems.

Joined GR8 Tech as Research Development Team & Tech Lead. Designed a machine-learning recommendation platform that increased user engagement and retention, built MLOps infrastructure from scratch with Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Airflow and DVC, and created a YAML-based Dag Factory enabling data scientists to build pipelines without code. Implemented an improved engineering interview flow that raised candidate quality while reducing the interview loop.

At SoftConstruct, I led the development of AJNA, an AI-powered sports tracking tool. The system stitched two 4K camera feeds into a panoramic view and used computer vision to track the ball, referees and players without human intervention. It delivered realistic HD broadcasts with augmented visualizations.

Joined glomex GmbH and worked as a Software Engineer / Data Engineer. I implemented a real-time analytics pipeline, migrated data pipelines from AWS Redshift to PostgreSQL and built billing and reporting services.

Earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. This formal education deepened my understanding of algorithms, data structures and software engineering principles.

Joined glomex GmbH as a Senior Test Automation Engineer. Refactored the test automation framework, saving 25% of maintenance time, transformed test results into human-readable HTML reports and automated smoke test runs.

Celebrated the birth of my daughter. A personal milestone alongside the professional journey.

Completed a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. This early achievement laid the foundation for a structured approach to problem solving and project management.
